Returns Policy

REQUEST

Fill out the return form and we will send you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number if the return complies with our return policy. Please note returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value.

OUR POLICY

  • Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition.
  • Product must have all tags and hygiene strips in place.
  • All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.
  • Products purchases from our website must be returned to our warehouse. Products cannot be returned in a local retail store.
  • We are unfortunately unable to replace any items that are lost in transit during the return shipping.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise, an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days. All are refunds are processed in Euro (€).


EXCHANGES

If the item you are exchanging is of less or greater value, you will be required to pay the difference or we will refund you the difference.

We do not offer free exchange. For any exchanges, you are required to pay for the shipping.


WARRANTY

The warranty for watches is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase and three (3) months for batteries. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. If the defects are detected during the warranty period, we will cover all shipping cost to our service centers if warranty is applicable. If items are used, it is not possible to return or replace these items.

If there are detected manufacturing defects when items are received and not being used yet, it is possible to return goods and get full refund, replace items or request repair.
