ORDER & DELIVERY
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact
us. Kindly note that we are unable to cancel orders after they are shipped.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the
ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you
contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Once our warehouse has processed
your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to
process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

WARRANTY & REPAIR
The warranty for watches is valid for a period of
twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase and three (3) months for
batteries. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject
to a service charge. If the defects are detected during the warranty period, we
will cover all shipping cost to our service centers if warranty is applicable.
If items are used, it is not possible to return or replace these items.
If there are detected manufacturing defects when items are
received and not being used yet, it is possible to return goods and get full
refund, replace items or request repair.
